Speakeasy French Cocktail Workshop

Paris Speakeasy Cocktail Workshop

What you’ll do

What’s brewing in French Mixology? Join us underground at one of Paris’ most intriguing locations.

Here you will find that anyone can learn to make an amazing and totally lit cocktail. Using obscure, vintage, and trendy liquors that you cannot easily find at home. (Don’t worry you can buy some and take it home, we got bubble wrap and clever excuses for customs…)

And we’ll decode French Absinthe for you as we chase the green fairy…

In a cave under the trendy and historic Marais district we set the table and get to work. You’ll learn about the history of French liquor-making and have a boozy playground at your fingertips…

We will make together (and drink, we aren’t jerks…) three inventive French cocktails and one of your OWN creation. Floral? Spicy? Astringent? Exotic? Sweet-n-Savory? Bitter like your Ex? What’s your boozy personality? There are many facets to explore…

We favor unique French flavors over common, sugary, bar staples — so be prepared to discover some new tricks.

Bring your curiosity, we’ll bring everything else. Including the history! Making cocktails in a medieval Cave in Paris…Instagram that!

It’s always Happy Hour at our boozy little workshop….Cheers!

In the rare + unique ambiance one of Paris’ oldest, most unique caves, what starts with ‘cheers’ ends with sharing time w/ people from around the globe in a rare and totally unique atmosphere…
